If you have any questions, problems or requests regarding any of my products please contact me at any time and I will usually get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping and packaging Costs:

FREE  postage and packing to mainland UK, on all pots.

Examples of shipping costs for overseas customers.

Orders from the E.U.

Air mail.   2-5 day delivery.
• 1 accent pot, £1.50,  4-5 accent pots,  £5.
• Shohin pots are similar price.
• Small pots up to approx 25cms, 2Kg in weight,  £5.
• larger parcels up to 20Kg will cost £15,

Orders from the USA.

Surface mail.  5-7 week delivery.
• 1 accent pot, £2,  4-5 accent pots,  £7.
• Shohin pots are similar price.
• Small pots up to approx 25 cms, 2Kg in weight, £7.
  Air mail.  3-7 day delivery.
• 1 accent pot, £4,  4-5 accent pots,  £14.
• Shohin pots are similar price.
• Small pots up to approx 25 cms, 2Kg in weight, £14.
• larger parcels up to 10Kg, £35, up to 20Kg, £58.

Please use these prices as a guide, they are subject to change. Please contact me for an accurate shipping quote if you are outside U.K.    

Shipping Policy:

• All large items within mainland UK will be sent via Carrier. Confirmation of delivery will normally require a signature - please contact me if this is not possible.
Smaller items within mainland UK will be sent via Royal Mail .
• We aim for customers within mainland UK to receive orders within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
• If you require your order overnight please contact me for costs.
• All other orders will be sent by the most cost effective method - please contact me for further information.

Lost and Damaged items

• We take every care to pack all parcels to a high standard to ensure your goods arrive safely securely and in perfect order. Wherever possible recycled packing products are used.
• If your goods arrive damaged I will refund the full amount paid, or replace with goods equal to the value of the original purchase. photographic evidence must be provided, please retain goods and packaging for collection.
• We cannot be held responsible for lost items sent via Royal mail unless sent by special delivery.
• Quotes for special delivery will be given on request - please contact me for further information.
